Is there a deadline to RSVP?
Reservation and payment are due no later than March 31, 2025.
What is the maximum capacity this year?
Limited seating is available. Seating assignments will be selected by JTTV.
Why are the ticket prices more this year?
Although the overall cost is partially underwritten by a generous donor, the cost per person greatly exceeds the ticket prices.
Are there any refunds if we cannot attend?
As you can imagine, it is standard practice for catering venues to not allow refunds for catered events. Final headcount is needed 14 days in advance. Sorry, no refunds unless the event is canceled or otherwise not fully performed, or the event is postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days of the postponement. Buyer may opt for purchase protection. See below for purchase protection options.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, the buyer is responsible for all service fees charged by the ticketing platform including $0.99 per paid adult (13+) ticket, $0.49 per paid child (6-12) ticket, plus the payment processor’s credit card fees of 2.99%.
What dietary restrictions are available?
There will be gluten-sensitive, vegan, and vegetarian options available. For those with celiac or gluten-free requirements, this event will not be gluten-free due to cross contamination. The meal will be kosher style typically associated with the Jewish culture, but not certified kosher.
